Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, scanning, and put-away of goods.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders based on delivery notes to ensure timely shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and stock-taking to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to move stock within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by strictly adhering to 5S principles and safety standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring all records are updated in the warehouse management system.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in incoming or outgoing shipments to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Primary/Secondary school education; Nitec or Higher Nitec in Logistics is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift Driver's license is highly advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and operating warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attendance record and a proactive work attitude.
