As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily warehouse activities, ranging from inbound receiving to outbound distribution. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, sorting, and palletizing goods in accordance with company standards.
- Strictly adhere to and promote all warehouse safety protocols to ensure an accident-free environment.
- Maintain high quality and operational standards for every shipment processed.
- Perform daily 5S activities to ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently after appropriate certification.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Monitor and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Complete all necessary documentation and system entries to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking tools.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic English communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Forklift License is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
