PERSOL is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in our logistics and manufacturing supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that goods are handled accurately, safely, and timely, contributing to our overall operational success. We offer a standard, consistent work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and participate in regular stock takes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to minimize damage.
- Prepare goods for distribution, ensuring proper documentation and packaging standards.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow operational procedures accurately.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or barcode scanners is an advantage.
- Able to commit to the full 6-month contract duration.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to read and communicate instructions clearly.
