Tanggung Jawab
- Execute precise picking, packing, and wrapping of goods according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory management tasks including stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper labeling and storage protocols
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean, hazard-free work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and report any discrepancies
- Assist with receiving, documenting, and storing incoming shipments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in order processing
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OHS standards
- Flexibility to work shifts during peak operational periods
