Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and accurately process incoming customer orders from various online platforms and e-commerce channels.
- Monitor order status closely to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless dispatch of goods.
- Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and organize all necessary shipping documents, including packing lists and invoices, for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and order readiness.
- Update and maintain accurate digital and physical records of all processed transactions and inventory movements.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock checks and data entry, to support overall warehouse operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce order processing is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and email applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately without errors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
