We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Processor to join our operations team in Cubao, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our inventory systems and our customers, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work closely with the operations department to streamline workflows and achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
As a key member of our logistics team, your day-to-day activities will include receiving and verifying purchase orders, picking and packing items with precision, and inspecting goods for quality assurance. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our inventory management system, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and discrepancies are resolved immediately. By collaborating effectively with colleagues and adhering to safety protocols, you will help maintain a highly organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and verify incoming purchase orders and customer requests to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and package items securely for shipping and delivery to customers.
- Inspect goods for quality, damages, and correct specifications before storage or shipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movements in the system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve discrepancies and optimize daily workflows.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and safe for all personnel and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate handling equipment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well in a fast-paced team environment.
