Tanggung Jawab
- Verify item quantities and SKU numbers against system records to ensure 100% order completeness.
- Carefully pack, wrap, and label products according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments efficiently while following manual handling best practices.
- Document all packing activities accurately in the internal warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with the picking and shipping teams to ensure daily throughput targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, packing, or assembly environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in orders and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Basic computer literacy or experience with warehouse inventory scanning software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlines.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
