Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pack customer orders to ensure product integrity and timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, shrink wrappers)
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and perform stock rotation
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Valid forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory
