- Prepare, pack, and label items for delivery or dispatch with precision and care
- Ensure product accuracy by verifying items against packing lists and orders
- Maintain proper handling of products to prevent damage during packaging
- Organize warehouse operations to maintain efficient workflow and inventory tracking
- Inspect packaging materials for quality and suitability for different products
- Operate packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily packing targets
- Report any inventory discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or packing is preferred
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20kg
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
