- Accurately pick and pack goods according to order specifications.
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist with basic inventory counts and stock verification.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics and courier pickup.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily throughput targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, packing, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes.
- Proficiency in basic English for reading delivery labels and packing lists.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of work integrity.
- Able to commit to the required shift schedule.
