Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and dispatch requirements.
- Inspect products for quality defects or damages before packing.
- Label packages correctly to ensure smooth transit and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse workspace.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock verification when required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and follow site protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must possess your own personal safety shoes (mandatory requirement).
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to following a shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize packing errors.
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions clearly.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic command of English to understand operational instructions.
