We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Personnel to join our logistics team in Malolos City, Bulacan.
The Role
As a Warehouse Personnel, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all goodsâfrom raw materials to finished laboratory productsâare handled, stored, and dispatched with the highest level of efficiency and care. This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace. You will work closely with the production and logistics departments to meet daily targets and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices for accuracy.
- Organize and stack supplies and finished products in designated warehouse areas to maximize space and accessibility.
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely to transport materials across the facility.
- Assist in the documentation and recording of stock movements using manual logs or digital systems.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or possess a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items throughout the shift.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict operational procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A resident of Malolos City, Bulacan, or nearby areas is highly preferred.
