Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documents.
- Properly store and organize goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately for timely shipment to customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Perform loading and unloading of trucks and containers using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in supply chain or logistics is an advantage.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic numerical and literacy skills for inventory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends and holidays if required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
