Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas using FIFO principles
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with proper certification)
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace conditions
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet delivery targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics or related field
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English
