Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack products based on daily order requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all health and safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily throughput targets and service levels.
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as directed by the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environments preferred.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Ability to work in cold storage temperature environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational demands.
