Tanggung Jawab
- Read and interpret order slips/picklists to determine items to be picked
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders within warehouse system
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Package and label shipments according to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize picking efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend order instructions and picklists
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
