Tanggung Jawab
- Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Conducting daily inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Organizing warehouse shelves and maintaining a clean, safe, and clutter-free workspace.
- Assisting in stock replenishment and performing cycle counting as required.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Warehouse Management.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a strong plus.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy items (up to 20-30kg).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity targets.
