- Pick and verify products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of items to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Update inventory systems and reporting tools with pick counts and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certificate.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [Insert Weight] lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for interpreting pick lists and labels.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanners is a plus.
