Tanggung Jawab
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and shipping containers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Label, sort, and store products according to established inventory guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Certified forklift operator license (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, and packing.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 20-50kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required.
