In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management system. You will be responsible for balancing inventory levels, ensuring our warehouse space is utilized with maximum efficiency, and streamlining operational workflows to support our cafe network. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective inventory replenishment plans to meet production and branch demand.
- Optimize warehouse storage capacity through strategic space allocation and layout planning.
- Monitor stock levels daily, identifying potential shortages or overstock situations to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and delivery teams to ensure synchronized warehouse operations.
- Analyze warehouse data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure warehouse standards comply with company and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse planning, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a significant advantage.
