Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and sorting of goods.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare production materials for assembly or distribution as required.
- Report any discrepancies or damage immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols and quality control standards.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; willing to learn with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to commit to a 4-3-3-4 shift rotation schedule.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing to manage inventory documentation.
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting daily output targets.
