Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and packing of goods.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and update digital tracking systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to ensure peak operational safety.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to identify process improvements and ensure production targets are met.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, and quality control regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Basic proficiency in using inventory management software or mobile scanners.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a large team.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight production deadlines.
- Ability to commit to full-time working hours and shift rotations as required.
