Are you detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards? Best Reliable Resources is seeking a dedicated **Warehouse Quality Assurance** professional to join our Pasig City team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the inspection process to ensure all products meet strict quality specifications before they leave the warehouse. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, and we need someone with a keen eye for detail to help us achieve that. Your responsibilities will range from conducting thorough audits of incoming shipments to verifying inventory accuracy and maintaining detailed quality control logs. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify product specifications against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy.
- Identify and document any damaged or defective items immediately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control logs and reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve quality discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, warehouse inspection, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minor defects.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift moderate weights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
