Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of incoming/outbound materials to verify specifications
- Implement and maintain warehouse quality control documentation systems
- Perform root cause analysis for quality discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Train warehouse staff on quality assurance procedures and compliance standards
- Collaborate with procurement teams to establish supplier quality metrics
- Conduct periodic audits of warehouse processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain quality assurance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or manufacturing quality assurance
- Proficiency in quality control tools and inventory management systems
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Singaporean logistics regulations and industry standards
