Shopee is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Resource Planning Lead to optimize our SCommerce logistics network. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational end-to-end process, ensuring seamless inventory flow and efficient resource utilization across our fulfillment centers. You will drive strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction through precise planning and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement best practices in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP solutions to scale our capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end warehouse operational processes for SCommerce, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive resource planning strategies to maximize warehouse capacity and staff utilization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and inventory teams to align stock levels with market demand forecasts.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and throughput in daily operations.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) for fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics planning, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS software.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale operational budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in the e-commerce or fast-paced retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
