Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end processing of returned pharmaceutical products
- Inspect, verify, and document returned inventory per company protocols
- Maintain organized storage systems for returned goods
- Coordinate disposition decisions with quality control and sales teams
- Generate accurate return reports and inventory reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical handling regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification required
- 1+ years warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Ability to lift and handle products up to 20kg
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical return regulations (plus)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
