We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse / Raw Materials (RM) Controller to join our dynamic team in Rosario, Cavite. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our production lines never stop due to material shortages while simultaneously minimizing inventory holding costs and eliminating waste.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of raw materials: from receiving deliveries against strict quality and quantity checks, to strategic storage management, to the accurate and timely issuance of materials to the production floor. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who can keep our inventory records perfectly accurate and suggest improvements to our warehouse processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming raw materials against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Organize and store raw materials in designated warehouse locations using FIFO methodology to ensure proper rotation.
- Monitor daily inventory levels and coordinate with the production scheduler to ensure materials are available for manufacturing runs.
- Prepare and issue materials to the production department based on job orders or bill of materials.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory movements (receipts, issuances, returns, adjustments).
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and compliant with company 5S and health & safety regulations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (SHS) or equivalent; Vocational training in Warehouse Management or Logistics is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or raw materials role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory software) is required.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift or heavy equipment operation certification is a plus.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and occasional overtime in Rosario, Cavite.
