Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end receiving and delivery processes to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control standards, conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules to prevent operational downtime.
- Effectively manage manpower allocation and team scheduling to optimize warehouse throughput.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and operational efficiency for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of inventory control best practices and logistics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
