As a Warehouse Shift Officer, you will be the backbone of our SCommerce operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from our fulfillment centers to our valued customers. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities during your shift, managing team performance, and ensuring that every product listed on the Shopee platform is processed with speed and accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and sorting activities during the assigned shift.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met with high efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to foster a productive and safety-conscious work culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate shift reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
