Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate inventory processes to ensure timely receipt, verification, and movement of goods
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for perishable and time-sensitive products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OHS standards in warehouse operations
- Train and guide new team members on warehouse systems and operational procedures
- Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory metrics and operational performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; college education in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or WMS systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and identify trends
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures in warehouse environments
