Shopee is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Shift Officer to join our SCommerce operations team in Carmona, Cavite. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from inbound to outbound processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and operational standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers to ensure clear communication of priorities and issues.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate; relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and holidays, as required.
