Shopee is looking for a meticulous and proactive Warehouse Shift Officer to oversee our logistics operations in Meycauayan, Bulacan. In this role, you will play a critical part in the SCommerce ecosystem, ensuring that our inventory is managed with precision and efficiency.
Our warehouse is the heart of our delivery network, and your role is to ensure that items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within strict timelines. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and organization while managing daily shift operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor incoming shipments to ensure items are received, inspected, and verified against packing lists.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
- Organize stockpiles and ensure efficient space utilization within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily fulfillment targets and service level agreements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training junior staff or temporary workers on proper handling procedures.
- Update inventory records in the system and report any irregularities immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer operations.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
