In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse processes, ensuring that every parcel reaches our customers with precision and speed. You will lead shift activities, optimize floor productivity, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
As a Warehouse Shift Officer, you will act as a key liaison between frontline staff and management, driving efficiency and ensuring a safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse shift operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Ensure all operational KPIs, including turnaround time and order accuracy, are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage and motivate shift team members to maintain high levels of productivity and workplace morale.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the warehouse floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute cycle counts to ensure data accuracy within our warehouse management system.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize workflow disruptions.
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve operational challenges under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
