Join Shopee's dynamic operations team as a Warehouse Shift Officer, where you'll be instrumental in driving our end-to-end logistics excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless product flow from our Singapore warehouse to customers across Southeast Asia. You'll supervise daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory handling, and implement safety protocols while maintaining Shopee's reputation for efficient e-commerce fulfillment. As a key operational leader, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, resolve logistical challenges, and enhance productivity in a fast-paced environment. This position offers hands-on experience in Asia's leading e-commerce platform's supply chain ecosystem, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and contribute to Shopee's regional expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff during assigned shifts
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Monitor operational KPIs and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new warehouse personnel
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
