Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design optimal warehouse layouts, storage solutions, and material handling systems for various clients.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze client business requirements to create bespoke supply chain strategies.
- Utilize AutoCAD or warehouse simulation software to model operational workflows and space utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Perform time-and-motion studies to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, cost estimates, and ROI analysis for key stakeholders.
- Support the transition phase of new projects to ensure operational readiness and KPI achievement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, automation technologies, and logistics best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse design, operations, or logistics consultancy.
- Proven expertise in layout design and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience within the FMCG or fashion logistics sectors will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) to drive evidence-based decision-making.
