As a core member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that packages are accurately processed, segregated, and prepared for timely delivery to our customers.

You will work closely with our floor supervisors to maintain high levels of operational efficiency, ensuring that our logistics chain remains seamless. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately sort and segregate parcels based on destination, service type, and priority.
- Scan and label packages to ensure real-time tracking accuracy in the distribution system.
- Inspect packages for damages or handling issues and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse floor.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles as required by operational volume.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Meet daily throughput targets to ensure logistics schedules are strictly observed.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic numerical skills for accurate sorting and inventory record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with shifting schedules.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize handling errors and mis-sorts.
- Excellent attendance record and a strong sense of punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
