Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Perform picking, packing, and dispatching of outbound orders according to specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Organize and optimize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to prevent damages or errors.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) with valid certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
