Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials according to company procedures
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or discrepancies to management promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree is a plus
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
- No prior forklift certification required; training will be provided
