Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following standard warehouse protocols.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and participate in regular stock takes to ensure data integrity.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock for any damages or discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic are essential requirements.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic math skills for inventory recording purposes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not strictly required.
