About the Role
Risefully Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Staff in Pasolo, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position within our busy Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain operations.

The Offer
We provide a competitive salary package ranging from ₱17,000 to ₱18,000 per month, along with a safe and supportive working environment. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our daily operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments and raw materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for timely dispatch to customers.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Collaborate with the team to optimize storage space and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least a High School Graduate (K-12) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing role is an advantage but not required — we value a strong work ethic!
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 25 kgs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work in Pasolo, Metro Manila.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
