Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Perform daily physical counts and organize inventory within the warehouse storage systems.
- Prepare, pack, and label orders for prompt and accurate dispatch.
- Operate manual or powered warehouse equipment safely and according to protocol.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and organized warehouse floor at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages to management immediately.
- Assist in periodic full-scale physical inventory audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and occupational health standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Basic proficiency in numerical record-keeping and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed to meet operational demands.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety practices and equipment handling.
