Tanggung Jawab
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring inventory data is up-to-date and organized.
- Order Execution: Efficiently perform order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure shipments are ready for dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Receiving & Dispatch: Assist in the receiving of incoming goods and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified), to move materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Documentation: Assist in updating inventory logs and other administrative paperwork related to warehouse operations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school diploma or vocational certificate preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not strictly required.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking systems.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
- Eligibility: Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the Philippines.
