As a key member of our logistics and supply chain division, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of materials that power our production lines. In this role, you will handle end-to-end inventory management tasks, from receiving shipments to organizing stock and preparing materials for distribution. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory counts and perform regular stock audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Safely receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity discrepancies.
- Efficiently organize and store raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse facility.
- Prepare and pick materials for production line requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and responsibly.
- Utilize inventory management software or manual logging systems to track material movement.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to resolve any supply chain or stock-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material handling.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna, and adapt to shifting production schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software navigation is highly preferred.
