Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
