Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance evaluations and training sessions
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
