Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily operational KPIs.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (WSH) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of WSH regulations and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
