Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain rigorous inventory control and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely shipment and delivery schedules.
- Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts for maximum efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of WSH regulations and safety standards in a logistics environment.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
