Warehouse Supervisor

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance and safety goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols (5S, OSH standards).
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space and improve workflow.
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure a safe operating environment.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
• Certification in forklift operation and knowledge of OSH standards is a strong advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
