Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance measures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse supervision experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift operation certification and safety training credentials
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean labor regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities
