PERSOL, a key player in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our operations in the East Region. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring the efficient handling of goods and a seamless order fulfillment process. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can take charge of daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Your insights will help us improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
In addition to supervisory duties, you will collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals. You will prepare reports on operational metrics, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure order fulfillment accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
